Refund Policy for MU Space

Applicable to all students (for all short course)

Our courses are all non refundable All payment made is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. For all the courses, there is a strict NO REFUND policy for all fees paid.

Courses Terms and Conditions  

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the enrolment and participation in courses provided by MU SPACE, including any  related materials, services, and content. By enrolling in any course offered, you ("Student") agree to comply with these terms.  

• Eligibility: The courses are available to all individual who have interest in learning these skillsets. Most courses are beginner  friendly, unless stated intermediate and/or advanced course, necessary prerequisite required.  

• Enrolment Process: To enrol, students must complete the registration process, including providing accurate personal and  payment information. You must ensure that all information provided is current, accurate, and complete.  

• Course Availability: Course availability may be subject to change. MU SPACE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule  courses.

• Course Fees: All courses are priced as indicated on the website and/or registration platform. Prices are subject to change, but  students will be informed before any changes are applied to enrolled courses.  

• Deposit: Students are required to pay a total of MYR 1000 for Professional Diploma, as deposit. Please note that these deposit  are paid to secure your seat for the course and it is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit is deductible from the total course  fee, last semester (Professional Diploma). Please note, there is no deposit and instalment option available for short courses.  

• Payment Terms:  1. Payment for short fashion courses is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.  2. Payment for Professional Diploma courses is PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE, subject to the specific scenario or situation as  evaluated by the institution.  

• Payment Methods: Payment for the course must be made in full before access is granted, unless otherwise specified.  

• Access: Upon completion of the payment, students will be granted access to the course materials for the duration of the course  and/or subscription period (online course). Access may be revoked in cases of non-payment or breach of the terms.  

• License: Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content for personal,  non-commercial use during the course access period.  

• Respectful Behaviour: Students must engage with course materials and fellow participants respectfully. Harassment,  discrimination, or any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.  

• Academic Integrity: Students are expected to complete assignments and exams on their own, without cheating or plagiarizing.  

• Data Collection: MU SPACE collects personal information as part of the registration process. This information is used to  manage course enrolment, communications, and services.  

• Third-party Access: MU SPACE  may share information with third parties only as necessary to deliver the course services or as  required by law.  

• Course Quality: While MU SPACE strives to provide high-quality educational content, no guarantees are made regarding  outcomes, such as grades, employment, or skill mastery.  

• Limitation of Liability: MU SPACE will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising  from participation in the course.  

• No Guarantee of Results: The success or failure of the student in applying the knowledge gained from the course is not  guaranteed.  

• Provider's Right to Terminate: MU SPACE reserves the right to cancel a student's enrolment at any time for violations of  these terms, including failure to comply with payment requirements or inappropriate behaviour.  

• MU SPACE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of  significant changes. Continued participation in the course after such modifications will be considered acceptance of the revised  terms.    

Class Cancellation

Applicable to all students (for all short course)

• 12 session courses - Only 3 cancellation classes are allowed for this course. We will not replace anymore than 3 classes.
• 8 session courses - Only 2 cancllation classes are allowed for this course. We will not replace anymore than 2 classes.
