Please read these Terms & Conditions ('Terms', 'Terms and Condition') carefully before using the https://junstudio.asia website (the 'Service') operated by JUN Studio ('us', 'we', or 'our').

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Product Information
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the JUN Pottery website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Placing and Accepting Orders
Orders will not be shipped until payment in full has been received and JUN Pottery is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, JUN Pottery is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on (phone number/ email address / instagram DM). Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment have been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.

Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform JUN Pottery if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not ship a replacement item as all of our products are one and only and are all handmade. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm on working days. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Courier Services
The courier service companies are liable to reimburse you in the event of your goods received broken by their negligence only if witnessed first-hand by a courier staff. The courier service companies shall not guarantee for any insurance if the broken goods are opened without the eyewitness of a courier staff. You are required to file your report within 7 working days of receiving your broken goods to collect your reimbursement with the courier service companies. Except where required by law, all returned products must be:


1.Unused and in original condition
2.Undamaged
3.Returned within 7 days after received.
4.In a saleable condition upon return


In the event of a return by you or the recipient of a gift, we will refund in the form of a full refund. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to JUN Pottery and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery, wrapping and other fees. Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of the gift will be charged to the purchaser via the original payment method.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 7 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty / has any defect, JUN Pottery reserve the rights not to refund. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow instructions as stated on the terms and conditions page specified by JUN Pottery. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price via the original method of payment.

Returns and Refunds of items paid for by Gift Vouchers
For gifts purchased using a JUN Pottery or third party gift voucher (or any part thereof), the amount paid by gift vouchers will be refunded in the form of a JUN Pottery Gift Voucher, and the remaining amount will be refunded via the original method of payment. Please note: all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to JUN Pottery. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

Gift Vouchers
Please ensure all JUN Pottery Gift Vouchers are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a Gift Voucher to offset that cost. All Gift Vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated. Once that Gift Voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Gift Voucher holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date. When redeeming a gift voucher, you must use the entire balance of the gift voucher at once. You cannot carry the remainder of the voucher value forward. Also, you can only use one gift voucher per purchase. JUN Pottery Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

Please note:
Promotional Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two Promotional Vouchers, you must complete your purchase using one, then begin a new purchase to use the second. The same applies, no matter how many Promotional Vouchers you have received. You are still able to "top up" any short fall by using your credit card.

Release and Indemnity
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against JUN Pottery which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold JUN Pottery harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by JUN Pottery which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
