Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on HOLIDAYS.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Delivery & Shipping Policies

- We offer standard shipping for all orders made in JUN Studio Online Store.

- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).

- Free shipping is provided for clients who based in Malaysia.

- We do not deliver to P.O boxes.

- Orders will be processes and shipped once payment is made and/or credit card authorization is received.

- If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

- STRICTLY NO REFUND for SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES. 

- Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

- Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
