Please note that all products of JUN's are carefully checked by JUN's team before wrapping and sending out to our customer(s).
However, as we are using a third party courier services, it is difficult for us to ensure smooth delivery process.

Should you find damages or defects on our products, please contact us. Customer(s) shall take photos as prove and send it together with their request. JUN's team will assists and reply to customer(s) within 24-hours.

Here's what you can do:-
In cases, where potteries are found damaged upon receiving, please take photos of damaged product together with packaging and JUN Studio will process refund for customer(s). This is might be due to shipment issues that are outside of the JUN Studio's. However, we will still do our best to ensure that customer(s) potteries are nicely wrapped for shipping.
If potteries are found damaged after customer(s) received, customer(s) can claim from the courier service by providing them photos (damaged products and packaging) and receipt / invoice.
MSK (Face Mask Collection) - non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
If defects were found on our Jacket(s) (Yī, Èr, Sān, Sì, Hóng), please contact us immediately. JUN Studio will process refund for customers. However, we will still do our best to ensure that jacket purchased are checked and nicely wrapped for shipping.
Once we received and process your request, we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment (bank account / credit card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We may update this refund policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
